Week 24 – Tasting and Seasoning

Well the time has finally come for our journey to come to an end.  Thanks for joining me in our little adventure through the basics of food, I hope you enjoyed yourself and that you will take every opportunity to go back through all these modules and constantly refresh your skills until they become habits.

Let’s finish off our journey by learning about taste and seasonings.  Once you learn how to taste and how to season, you will know how to fix dishes when they taste a little “bland” or how to impress your friends by making restaurant-quality-flavored food!
