Week 12 – Starches Part 1

Rice, Pasta. . . Everything you love that the Atkins diet told us not to eat.  Despite what some may say carbohydrates that come from starches are the staff of life and is what fills us up and makes us feel full.

Starches are a crucial component of any meal.  This week we will be talking about cooking Rice and Pasta.
