Pasta Italiano!!!

Pasta Italiano!

There is nothing like a an authentic italian dish. . .

And the beginning of any great dish, begins with great ingredients!

The First Timers Guide to Pasta

Get your water boiling, then drop you pasta in.

Stir it constantly so that it doesn’t stick together.  Then, after it is done (soft, somewhat firm, but not mushy) strain the water out using the lid of the pot. . .

Or with a strainer.

If you’re not serving it immediately ou can store it by adding a little oil to very lightly coat it and mix to coat all of the noodles, that way it won’t stick together.

Now that your its done, just add the sauce, and maybe some cheese and you’re cooking italiano!

Good demonstration – If only this had been available to my college roommate who put pasta into a dry pan on the stove and walked away – much smoke and hubbub followed!

Amazing how many people don’t know this! Good guide – I needed to teach a friend how to fry an egg last year… he was 28 years old! Oh dear!
