Chef Shawn Bucher MBA, CEC, CCE, CCP

Chef Shawn is a culinary consultant, entrepreneur and author. Having traveled the country and worked professionally in most aspects of the food service industry for over 20 years, Shawn has held positions such as Chef Instructor, Consultant, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef and General manager of both full service and quick service casual restaurants.  He currently owns and operates a consulting company.

Shawn holds a Culinary Certificate, degrees in Business, Hospitality & Tourism Management as well as Accounting & Professional Sales Certificates.  He is Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) through the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Culinary Professional (CCP) through the International Association of Culinary Professionals.

He is the recipient of numerous awards, and was named the Culinary Educator of the year in 2015 for the Beehive State Chefs Association ACF chapter.  Chef Shawn has taught professionally as a chef instructor for The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute in Salt Lake City.
